Little Birdie's Gingerbread Hot Chocolate Flakes are made from a finely grated blend of Belgian chocolates, Gingerbread Spices and a bit of sugar to add sweetness. 

Little Birdie only uses real, premium quality chocolate in their products, not cocoa powder or cheap alternatives.

Mix with hot milk to produce a beautifully smooth, utterly indulgent hot chocolate drink. Make a lighter drink by mixing with hot water instead of hot milk.

Instructions: Place 3 heaped dessertspoonfuls (30g) of chocolate flakes in a mug. Fill the remainder with milk and microwave for around 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly and enjoy! Alternatively, heat milk on the stovetop and stir in Hot Chocolate. Perfect for use in a Hot Chocolate Maker
